Friday booking deadline for Assembly politics teachers’ event

The free professional-learning event is scheduled at Stormont on 13 November, with reservations requested by 6 November.

Teachers of GCSE and A-level Government and Politics have until Friday 6 November to reserve a place at an Assembly Education Service professional-learning event, according to its 12 October update.

The event is scheduled for Friday 13 November in the Long Gallery at Parliament Buildings, Stormont. The announced programme covers Northern Ireland institutions, the 2027 Assembly election, teaching and assessment, and Westminster.

The organiser says attendance is free and refreshments and lunch are provided. Substitute-teacher cover is not available. Reservation instructions are on the official notice.

The announcement does not state the event’s start and finish times or whether places remain. Contact the organiser to confirm these before arranging travel or school cover. This is a deadline reminder based on an earlier notice.
